Color Your Way Through Dream Harbor With Laurie Gilmore’s New Coloring Book!
Greetings, fellow Dream Harbor fans! Boy, do I have news for you. And if you’re also reading Laurie Gilmore’s newest book, The Strawberry Patch Pancake House, you might have noticed it yourself if you have a sharp eye!
In book 5 of the Dream Harbor series we’re soaking up the spring vibes with a couple of new characters: Archer–the hotshot chef who moves to town to take care of a young daughter he never knew he had, and Iris, a charming gig worker who he hires as a live-in nanny. Can you say forced proximity!?
As much as I’ve been enjoying watching Archer and Iris get cozy in this foodie love story, there is something that caught my eye as a craft lover: some talk of Dream Harbor coloring books…
In chapter 17 of The Strawberry Patch Pancake House, Noah’s nieces and Olive (Archer’s daughter) are crazy about a Pumpkin Spice Cafe coloring book, modeled after Jeanie’s cafe. Here’s a look at the passage that caused me to run to Google to check if a real one existed.

Reading and cozy crafts go so well together and I love crocheting, puzzling and baking while I listen to audiobooks. I’m also all about coloring books, especially seasonal ones, which is probably why I love the Dream Harbor series so much. If you dream of coloring through pages of Dream Harbor, Laurie Gilmore is releasing a Pumpkin Spice Cafe Coloring Book for adults and teens!

I’ve always thought that it would be fun to do a puzzle of the cute Dream Harbor books since they’re all so gorgeous. However, coloring books are going to be so much fun. This one is set to publish May 6th 2025 and includes 40 cozy fall scenes I imagine will be full of cute scenes from The Pumpkin Spice Cafe. I think this will be such a fun cozy bookish activity and perfect gift for Dream Harbor fans. I hope they come out with a coloring book for each book in the series!
